• ABSOLUTELY NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO ENTER THE SALON WITH COLD OR FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS. This includes: fever, coughing, sore throat, chills, stomach pains vomiting etc. 
• We require that everyone wash their hands prior to the start of their services. Please do not touch any items (including your phone) after you wash your hands.
• Please be patient as we disinfect. Everyone is asked to remain outside in your car until your technician is ready to service you. You will be notified when to enter.
• All services must be booked and confirmed via our online booking system prior to your appointment.
• NO EATING OR DRINKING IN THE SALON
• No extra guests (including children).
• Face masks must be worn at all times. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

 CANCELLATION POLICY

We aim to provide a fair and considerate environment for both our staff and other clients. If you must cancel/reschedule for any reason, we will be happy to process a full refund within 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment incur a fee of 50% of the service value. Any no-show of reservations will incur a fee of 100% of the service value.

LATENESS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to your specialists' availability and specialty. If you are running late, please note that we give a 10 minute grace period to all of our appointments. After that grace period we will do our best to accommodate you,  however you may have to reschedule do to the appointment scheduled after you.

REPAIRS

At Buff & Gloss we have a 7-day No Chip Policy for Gel Polish Manicures. In the event your nail chips within the first week of being serviced, please inform us by giving us a call or sending us an email. We want to get your nail fixed as a courtesy. After a week, we will charge as a repair.

 NO CHILDREN OR GUEST ALLOW UNLESS BEING SERVICED NO EXCEPTIONS!
